You have choices
Where available, use the in-app Privacy Options screen to manage advertising consent and choices.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Android Home screen and parking puzzle game covered by this page (together, the “Service”). This policy does not govern third-party apps, websites, advertisements, or services that you choose to open from the Service.
The Service is supported by advertising and uses third-party tools for analytics, crash reporting, attribution, consent management, and ad delivery. The information actually processed can depend on your device, region, privacy selections, and the features you use.
Where required by applicable law, Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics collection is enabled or disabled based on applicable regional requirements and user authorization status.
2. Information we handle
2.1 Information stored or processed on your device
The Service processes the following information to provide its launcher and game features:
- game progress, level state, rewards, settings, selected language, and audio preferences;
- your launcher layout, folders, shortcuts, widgets, icon positions, and wallpaper-related settings;
- the names, icons, and launch activities of apps visible to the Android launcher;
- your privacy and consent selections; and
- notification information, which may include the originating app, notification metadata, title, text, count, and status, only if you separately grant Android notification access.
We do not operate a user account system for the Service. Launcher layout, app-list information, and notification information are used on-device for launcher functions and are not intentionally sent by us to our advertising or analytics providers.
2.2 Device, network, and identifier information
Our third-party providers may automatically process information such as:
- IP address, approximate country or region derived from IP, network type, and connection status;
- device manufacturer and model, operating-system version, language, time zone, and screen characteristics;
- app package, app version, SDK version, distribution channel, and event timestamps;
- Android Advertising ID, App Set ID, install referrer, consent strings, and Android Privacy Sandbox signals, where available and permitted; and
- diagnostic identifiers and Firebase installation identifiers.
Advertising identifiers can generally be reset or deleted through Android settings. Their availability and use depend on your device settings, region, age treatment, and consent choices.
2.3 Usage, advertising, and diagnostic information
We and our providers may process:
- app launches, sessions, screen views, feature interactions, and gameplay events;
- level starts, completions, retries, progression, and aggregated engagement information;
- ad requests, availability, impressions, clicks, format, placement, and advertising revenue measurements; and
- crash reports, stack traces, device state at the time of a crash, and performance diagnostics.
2.4 Information you choose to provide
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or information you choose to include. The app opens your email application; it does not send an email until you choose to do so.
2.5 Visits to this policy page
Cloudflare hosts this page and may process standard network and security logs, such as IP address, request time, browser or device information, and requested URL, to deliver and protect the page.
3. How we use information
We use information described above to:
- provide the Android Home screen, app launching, widgets, shortcuts, and game features;
- save and restore progress and preferences;
- operate, measure, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service;
- understand installation sources and the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
- deliver, limit, personalize, and measure advertisements as permitted by your choices and applicable law;
- detect invalid traffic, fraud, abuse, and technical problems;
- respond to support messages and privacy requests; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.
4. Advertising and privacy choices
The Service displays app-open, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized using identifiers and activity, or may be contextual or otherwise limited. Even limited ads may use information such as IP address, basic device information, fraud-prevention signals, and the content or placement in which an ad appears.
Where required, the Service uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and store privacy choices before eligible advertising processing. You can revisit choices through Settings → Privacy Options when that option is required and available. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID and control supported ad-privacy settings in Android system settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.
California and other U.S. states: We do not sell personal information for money. Disclosing device identifiers or activity to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may, however, be treated as “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some state laws. Where applicable, use the in-app Privacy Options screen to opt out.
6. Legal bases for EEA, UK, and Swiss users
Where these laws apply, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Consent for personalized advertising, device access, or analytics where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Performance of a contract to provide features you request, such as the launcher and game.
- Legitimate interests in maintaining security, diagnosing failures, preventing fraud, measuring basic performance, and improving the Service, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation when processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.
7. Data retention and international transfers
Local game, preference, and launcher data generally remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Android backup or device-transfer features may copy eligible local data to your Google account or another device; the Service excludes its dedicated privacy-choice file from Android backup so consent can be resolved again.
We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Third-party providers retain information according to their own policies and our configured service settings. We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
Providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, transfers are supported by recognized legal mechanisms and contractual safeguards. Privacy protections and government-access rules may differ between countries.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; and appeal a decision we make about a request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
To exercise a right, email us using the address below. Describe your request and the country or state where you live. We may need limited information to verify your request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Because the Service does not provide user accounts and much of its core information stays on your device, we may not be able to identify or retrieve local data. You can delete that local data through Android's app-storage settings or by uninstalling the app. Requests concerning provider-held data may require us to coordinate with the relevant provider.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so the situation can be investigated and appropriate deletion or other action can be taken.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network transport where supported and limiting access to information needed for operations or support. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Service, providers, or legal requirements. We will post the revised policy here and update the “Last updated” date. If changes materially affect your rights or how we process personal information, we will provide additional notice where required.
